Hi,

Is Software in the real sense a Patentable invention? There has been debate over the patentability of Software across US and Europe , while the US feels that Software are patentable , EU , UK and other countries feel that patenting software is a tricky thing to do.

I would like to obtain valuable suggestions and comments from Attorneys engaged in the field of Patents. Let’s keep the discussion open and suggest areas where we can try and solve some of the concepts with regard to Software Patents.
